Paul Tillich on History and Socialism

چکیده

Paul Tillich believes that the sacred and human history undergo a parallel development, which is ‘punctuated’ from time to by ‘breaking’ of former within latter during moments special significance, kairoi; these become “centers” history. Such ‘center’ must not be comprehended either in terms quantity, or as midpoint between past future, particular moment, but something makes coherent manifestation Kingdom God collective existence.
